Concrete Seal #124 is an epoxy ester resin that seals and protects.  This heavy-duty concrete sealer is formulated with tough epoxy ester resins to offer concrete surfaces maximum resistance to oils, chemicals and abrasions. It quickly penetrates concrete and fills the pores to completely seal the surface, and dries to a clear, durable, chemical-resistant finish capable of withstanding heavy traffic. It can be used on new, or old concrete surfaces, and is traffic-ready in just 24 hours.

• Allow new concrete to cure for a minimum of 90 days prior to sealing. Clean, rinse and dry the concrete. Then etch concrete using #140 Concrete Cleaner and Etch. When dry apply sealer using a lambs wool applicator.
• Apply at a rate of 300 - 500 sq. ft. per gallon.
